Sonographers, schedulers, and support staff set down their equipment for an evening of food, awards, and celebration at this year’s Viason holiday gathering.
The night included recognition for team members marking work anniversaries, a toast to a record year of service, and plenty of stories swapped between colleagues who spend most of their days out in the field at different physician practices. For a team that operates across the greater Charlotte metro — from Lake Norman to Lancaster — nights like this are a rare chance for everyone to be in the same room.
Special recognition went to several sonographers celebrating five, ten, and fifteen-year milestones with the company. Their tenure speaks to the kind of culture Viason works hard to maintain: one where clinical professionals feel valued, supported, and connected to a bigger mission.
