10 Feb Welcoming New Sonographers to the Viason Family
Viason is growing — and we’re proud to welcome several new credentialed sonographers to the team this quarter.
Each new team member brings experience across cardiac, vascular, and general sonography, and joins a group known for clinical excellence and a genuine commitment to patient care. Several came to Viason from hospital-based roles, drawn by the variety of clinical settings, the schedule flexibility, and the chance to work directly alongside referring physicians instead of being one step removed from the exam.
New hires spend their first weeks shadowing experienced sonographers, getting familiar with the practices they’ll support, and reviewing our protocols for image acquisition, patient communication, and PACS reporting. Onboarding emphasizes both clinical standards and the soft skills that make a great mobile sonographer — punctuality, communication with practice staff, and patient comfort.
